This is a wonderful opportunity to have a private 1-on-1 skin care product consultation session with Alice. With over 15 years formulating the highest quality skin care products, Alice has a profound in-depth knowledge and understanding of skin care ingredients as well as what skin types they are best suited for.

This is approximately a 45 minute session. There is 30 minutes for general health assessment, skin analysis and product application followed by 15 minutes for health care tips and skincare product selection. Alice will discuss with you your issues and goals, and you will be able to try any of Biophilia products. She will guide you in choosing the best products for your optimal skin health and vibrant beauty. Please note that this session is not considered a "facial" as Alice is not a licensed professional cosmetologist, esthetician or dermatologist.

Cost: $70 You will also receive a one-time-use discount of !0% off on all products purchased immediately following the consultation.

Location: The in-person consultations are held at Alice's beautiful lab/showroom:

Virtual: If for any reason coming into the shop is not possible, you can choose to have your private live consultation via the internet. The booking process is the same, simply pick from the available time slots. But when you check-out, put in the Note field that you want an online consultation.

Local?

I love, love. the face toners! Especially with warmer days of summer here, a spritz of face toner is so refreshing. The "beloved sun" product is a little cakey or chalky for my skin. The "Aurora" body butter is great, however when I learned that it's crafted in Ghana I felt disappointed. When I purchased these products I was under the impression that they were made locally. Now I am questioning if all the products are made in Ghana and what aspects of these products are local?.

thank you for your review, we always appreciate honest feed back! The Aurora whipped body butter features a shea butter that is made in Ghana by a group of incredible women. While all of our botanical ingredients are crafted here from regenerative, organic and biodynamic farms, certain carrier oils and essential oils we use do not grow in our ecosystem. Shea butter being on of them. Others like jasmine essential oil or frankincense are the same, we love these ingredients but they do not grow here...we always purchase them from organic and sustainable suppliers. All of our products are handcrafted in small batches here in our labs here in Sebastopol California. We do not use any machines and all our botanical extracts are also made in house. As for the beloved sun, it is one of our best sellers and we believe it can really help people's skin conditions...nevertheless, if it too thick for your skin, we suggest you layer it with a hydrating moisturizer or oil serum underneath to help spread it better.
